Millennial Generation Encouraged to Raise Their Nutritional Awareness

Palmerah Puskesmas, West Jakarta, celebrated the Peak Event of 60th National Nutrition Day by holding talk show with title 'Optimal Nutrition for Millenial Generation'.

Good nutrition can boost children's growth becomes optimal

This event was held at Manggis Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), Jalan Anggrek Rosalina II and it was also enlivened with various activities such as medical check up and infographic design contest.

Palmerah Puskesmas Head, Darus Sahmedi stated, this event was held to campaign nutritional awareness in the community, especially teenagers or millennial generation.

Citizens Encouraged to Maintain Healthy Living Behavior

"Good nutrition can boost children's growth becomes optimal," he asserted, Wednesday (1/29).

He hopes residents can implement a clean and healthy lifestyle to have balance nutrition for yourself and your family. Balance nutrition consists of carbohydrates, animal and vegetable protein, vegetables, and fruits.

"If this problem can't be solved as soon as possible, it can be our burden in the future. Because it can hamper human resources productivity," he said.
